Ziyanda is in charge of planning and supervising Bitprop construction projects from start to completion, ensuring that builds are completed safely and within the agreed timeframes, quality and budget. She is also responsible for contractor selection and supervision, making sure these critical partnerships continue to provide value for all involved.

Ziyanda is a registered candidate construction manager with experience in every facet of construction, including design, costing, contract management and project management. She has worked in various sectors including commercial and residential property ,social housing and educational institutions. Having worked in both the private and public sector, her most  gratifying positions have been those in which she used her skills and education to impact and improve the quality of life of the most disadvantaged. She has a diploma in Architecture and a BTech in Construction Management from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
