Zandi works with new homeowners, training them in the property management skills they need to begin their property business successfully. Zandi makes sure homeowners are comfortable as they embark on this journey, assisting with finding tenants and processing lease agreements and rental payments. Zandi works closely with new and existing tenants to help them make payments through the online app payment system and understand their lease agreements, an integral part of each homeowner's property business.

A social entrepreneur with 28 years of work experience, Zandi has experience across many spheres, including community development, promoting diversity in previously disadvantaged communities, financial literacy and job readiness training, as well as in gender-based violence awareness and and early learning development. At Social Change Assistance Trust (SCAT), Zandi was a Project Manager, after which she drove community development at the Department of Social Development. At Tsiba University, Zandi worked as a junior lecturer and she also provided financial literacy and job readiness training for Woolworths, Standard Bank and Chrysalis Academy. At the City of Cape Town, Zandi worked as a Community Liaison Officer in the Mayoral Committee Members office for Energy and Climate Change. Zandi is a graduate of Development Action Group’s Contractor Development Academy, and she is a founder of Africa Arise Development Agency, an NPO working in GBV and early learning development. Zandi has studied in a number of areas at CPUT, UWC, International People’s College (Denmark) and in Washington DC (USA).
