Buhle recently joined Bitprop in November 2022, where she works in systems management overseeing the IT infrastructure of the internal team, as well as the financial administration of Bitprop's rent collection. She is also involved in Bitprop's maintenance management process. Her experience includes systems auditing, customer service, marketing and maintenance.

Before joining Bitprop, Buhle worked for the Lewis Group as a systems auditor, which involved a mixture of IT and Finance. Buhle also has experience in banking and customer services, as she has worked for Capitec Bank LTD. Buhle possesses a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing and Entrepreneurship.
