As an architect at Bitprop, Anika assists with processing new applicants’ properties, developing housing designs and preparing council submission drawings. She assists the rest of the architecture and construction team with on-site tasks and handovers, and strives to further develop and improve the existing Bitprop architectural framework.

Before joining Bitprop, Anika gained work experience in both the Netherlands and South Africa. She has always felt passionate about housing and urban design within the architectural field – and discovered her love for low-cost housing while working on one of her university projects in Langa, Cape Town that was titled “Home-Unit as an Income Generator”. Anika graduated with an Undergraduate, Honours and Masters Degree in Architecture from The University of Cape Town.
